When you move out of an apartment, what can the landlord legally charge you for?

I live in Alaska and recently moved out of an apartment. The landlord is charging me for Cleaning (which I spent 10 hours and $170 in cleaning supplies and Rug Doctor Rental), 2 trash removals (when I left there was nothing in the apartment) and various other charges that amounted to $715. One other which was a hole in a closet door that was there the day I moved in 7 years ago. Thank you for any help in this matter!
